What to expect.
The Kettlebell is an excellent all-in-one training tool, and this class (led by Nikki Veit and Robin Morris of 901Kettlebell Club) is certainly going to give all starting points a full body workout.
Within the 60 minutes you’ll be led through movements that will give you strength training, a solid core workout for stability, and cardio as we work through sets/reps of movements.
Every work out is designed with the attending students in mind and we will guide you in understanding what weight to use plus the why’s behind the movements.
Our knowledge and expertise can guide any skill level or experience so this is an all-levels class, beginners welcome! Come prepared to have fun and be challenged! Dress comfortably but ready to sweat! Thin-soled shoe or barefoot recommended!
