Final Class Announcement

One of Panorama Movement’s goals in creating more inclusive gym spaces was to feature women in the field of strength training and self defense. Gym worlds have been historically male dominated and women of these crafts tend to get side-kicked or tokened in gym leadership roles. They rarely get to run the show, especially in the southern realm. This is why our final lease year’s mission statement included a kickstarter focus for our participating coaches. We wanted to make space for potential growth for each coach and their ability to grow their own business or program, as it is needed in this city!

In overseeing the business model, we tried to do our due diligence in creating more opportunity for women who coach. Every single coach at Panorama was encouraged to grow their own community and to feel complete autonomy in the process. They were given full rights to create and grow beyond these 4 walls; we knew this was the best use of our final days as a public gym space. Promoting and supporting women who lead in this industry was an important seed to plant and we are glad to see what’s being created by our coaches because of it.

It has been a huge honor to host every single woman who has led at Panorama Movement and to see some who are growing and expanding beyond it. Soon you’ll hear announcements from these incredible coaches; what has currently formed at PM is now morphing into their own businesses, missions, and trail blazing projects. Follow @kettlebellatrix @lizzeh_boo @movewithrobin @the_body_relationship_coach to see what they are forming and what’s being born in their own backyards from this kickstarter.

Y’all! Our resident Kettlebell coach Nikki V has a SPICY Kettlebell complex for y’all to try at-home or the next time you’re at Panorama! 😈

There is the option to use ONE bell or TWO bells for an extra challenge, but the sequence is the same: 1 clean to the racked position then 5 strict presses, 5 squats, 5 swings and REPEAT on the other side for a full body strength workout 🔥 If you’re using 2 bells you will hit 10 seesaw presses, 5 dbl racked squats and finish with 5 dbl bell swings!! 🥵
